our client's expectations along the way.
STEPHANIE GREEN
Director of Strategic Financing
Stephanie brings her 3 years experience of building a large
investment real estate portfolio by focusing on strategic
lending programs. Her core areas of expertise are in development
and assisting clients with multiple investment property objectives.
Prior to this, Stephanie has 13 years of sales and executive
account management experience in the Information Technology
business.
Referrals, networking and exceptional customer service have
been the keys to her continued success over the past 16 years.
Stephanie shares her residence between Hayden Lake, Idaho
and Manhattan Beach, California with her husband, Tim and
two daughters, Brittney and Sammy.
DAWN M. EXLINE
Vice President of Client Services
Dawn Exline, a native of Coeur d' Alene and alumni of the
University of Idaho, has been specializing in lot and construction
financing for the past several years. With a nearly 15 year
background in marketing & client services, she has been responsible
for the excellent care and education afforded to thousands
of Stratford's clients.

Founder and CEO
Kevin Daum, Stratford's CEO, is considered the national expert
on financing custom homes and is the author of the wildly
successful "Building Your Own Home For Dummies," published
by Wiley in 2005.
